Hi, welcome to my website, Sabor de Mami. My name is Esther Garcia, and my love for cooking began in the heart of my family’s kitchen. I was born and raised in New York, but spent my summers in Puerto Rico, where I learned to cook alongside my mother and grandmother. Those moments shaped who I am today and sparked a passion that has stayed with me ever since. Through Sabor de Mami, I’m here to recreate my mom’s cooking and share those same comforting, authentic flavors with you.
